FRIDAY Lecture by Ambassador Vladimir Chizhov, permanent representative of the Russian Federation to the European Union, on «Russia-EU Relations: Promoting a Strategic Partnership.» Held by the Hellenic Foundation for European and Foreign Policy (ELIAMEP).
