MONDAY President Karolos Papoulias to be declared honorary president of the European Academy of Sciences and Arts during a ceremony to take place at 2.30 p.m. at the Presidential Mansion. The Greek-American Chamber of Commerce will be hosting a dinner featuring Finance Minister Giorgos Papaconstantinou as the keynote speaker, starting at 8.30 p.m. at the Grande Bretagne Hotel in central Athens. FRIDAY EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Catherine Ashton to meet with Alternate Foreign Minister Dimitris Droutsas. The western Balkans, Euro-Turkey relations and Cyprus issue to top the agenda. Alternate Foreign Minister Dimitris Droutsas to visit Dubrovnik, Croatia, to attend the fifth annual Croatia Summit 2010. The seventh international conference on «Nanosciences and Nanotechnologies» begins at the Alexandra Palace Hotel in Halkidiki.
