A photograph made available on Tuesday shows the inside of the tunnel of the Eupalinian Aqueduct in Pythagorio on the island of Samos, after its restoration. The work on the 1,036-meter tunnel was completed on Monday, reopening to the public the 6th century BC monument, which is regarded as one of the most important technical works of ancient times.
