Museum vandals caught in the act

The moment that one of two suspected vandals was arrested in the capital’s National Historical Museum on Sunday was captured by a security camera. The Bulgarian suspects, aged 48 and 51, reportedly told police that, according to the Bible, daubing religious icons with oil helps overcome personal woes.
