Reduced public transport over Easter

The Athens Urban Transport Organization (OASA) on Thursday informed commuters that there will be a reduced service on all public transport networks over the Easter weekend.

There will be no ETHEL blue buses or trolley buses operating in Athens after 11 p.m. on Easter Saturday and services will be less frequent over the entire weekend.

On the metro, services will end earlier than usual with the last train to leave Syntagma Station at 11 p.m. on Easter Saturday.

On the Kifissia-Piraeus electric railway (ISAP), last trains will leave Kifissia at 10.40 p.m. and Piraeus at 10.35 p.m. On Good Friday and Easter Saturday there will be services every 10 to 11 minutes and on Easter Sunday and Monday there will be trains running approximately every 13 to 15 minutes.

Trams will be running every 20 minutes on Good Friday and every 25 minutes on Easter Saturday, Sunday and Monday.
