ISAP train up and running

The management of the Piraeus-Kifissia electric railway (ISAP) announced yesterday that its entire route will be operational as of June 8.

Various sections of the ISAP route have been suspended over the past year — to allow the company to carry out much-delayed maintenance and engineering work to the tracks with the aim of increasing the speed of services and boosting safety.

The works obliged thousands of people to seek alternative routes for the daily commute.
