Terror suspect rapped on drugs charge
A man charged with participation in a domestic terrorist group was arrested on drug charges in an Athens courtroom on Tuesday.
The man, who was not named, was in court facing trial for his alleged involvement in the Conspiracy of the Cells of Fire urban guerrilla group, which has been linked to a series of bloodless bombings, when police officers saw him trying to pass about 5 grams of cannabis to his co-defendant.
He was taken to Korydallos Prison and will be facing charges of drug posession and trafficking.
