Man kills brother in drug-related fight
A 38-year-old man, allegedly a drug addict, died in an Athens hospital on Thursday morning after being stabbed in the neck by his 28-year-old brother, also said to be a regular drug user.
Police said that the two men lived in the same apartment in Argyroupoli, southeastern Athens, where the stabbing occurred.
It appears that the brothers had an argument that led to the younger man stabbing the elder with a 21-centimeter kitchen knife.
