Bicycle lane to link archaeological sites in Athens
The City of Athens will build a bicycle lane that will connect the archaeological sites of Akadimias Platonos and Kerameikos, according to reports on Friday.
The project will be begin next year and is set to be completed before the end of 2012.
Mayor Giorgos Kaminis told Eleftheros Typos newspaper that the municipality will soon be ready to launch the scheme that will lead to the construction of bicycle lane running from Kifissia in northern Athens to Faliro in the city?s south.
