Spartakos union to take action over wage cuts
The Spartakos union, which represents workers at the Public Power Corporation?s lignite mines and electricity plants in northern Greece, is taking legal action against the company?s CEO Arthouros Zervos over plans to cut employees? wages.
Speaking to Skai Radio on Monday, union chief Giorgos Adamidis said that wage cuts of 25 percent have been planned.
Adamidis said his union is considering going on strike as well.
