IKA to count maternity leave in social security credits

Greece?s main social security fund, IKA, has issued a circular saying that it will count 6-month maternity leave towards applicants? pension rights and unemployment benefits.

IKA said that the inclusion of maternity leave in the amassing of social security credits would be backdated to April 3, 2008.
