Fresh arrests over tax evasion
Police on Wednesday arrested the 42-year-old managing director of a company in Attica who is alleged to owe 62.2 million euros in taxes to the state.
Meanwhile in the central port of Volos, the 41-year-old part-owner of a metal processing firm handed himself in to police in connection with a tax bill of 1.6 million euros.
Police had arrested his 44-year-old partner the day before.
