Police special guard faces action over drug death

A 23-year-old police special guard is to face disciplinary action after allegedly using cocaine in an incident that led to his 26-year-old friend and former colleague dying.

The police?s internal affairs department said on Saturday that the unnamed 23-year-old had been hosting his friend, who was a former special guard, at his house, where the pair are alleged to have taken drugs.
