Greek Communist Party cultural center attacked
Police on Saturday were investigating an attack on the Greek Communist Party?s (KKE) Charilaos Florakis Cultural Center in Halandri, northeast Athens.
According to reports, an explosive device caused a blast before neighbors intervened to stop the fire from spreading.
The two-story building was donated to the KKE by its former honorary chairman Charilaos Florakis. It houses the party?s library and a large part of its archival material.
