Man arrested over insurance scam

Police in Thessaloniki, northern Greece, arrested a 45-year-old man on Thursday on charges of developing an insurance scam based on fake investment contracts.

According to authorities, the man allegedly posed as a high-level insurance company executive and had managed to collect more than 83,000 euros from 13 clients.
