Due to transit strike, Athens lifts restrictions on cars entering city center

Authorities in Athens have lifted the restrictions on cars entering the city center for Friday due to a 24-hour transport strike.

Normally, only cars with license plates ending in odd numbers can enter the inner ring in Athens on odd dates, while cars with license plates ending in even numbers can enter on even days.

However, due to the strike on all forms of public transport, the rules will not apply on Friday.
