Seamen announce new 48-hour strike

While ferries remained docked at ports across the country on Friday, the second day of a 48-hour strike, Greek seamen announced a new 48-hour strike for Saturday.

Unionists were expected to meet on Sunday to decide on further action as part of their protest to the government’s austerity reforms.
