Issuing illegal pensions could lead to jail

Civil servants found to have issued illegal pensions and benefits to the detriment of social security funds will face up to one year in jail, according to a draft Labor Ministry bill.

Citizens who fail to report changes in personal details to their social security fund will face fines of up to 300 euros.
