Greek power employees lose 35 special benefits
A total of 35 special benefits enjoyed by employees of the Public Power Corporation (PPC), including a bonus for driving a company car or being on call while off duty, have been struck from PPC workers’ collective labor contract.
According to an agreement between PPC and the GENOP workers’ union, three benefits will remain in place – for work deemed to be hazardous or a health risk, for working in remote areas and for holding positions of responsibility.
