Couple caught on Greek-Albanian border with stash of hash, and two kids in the car

A couple from Argolida, in the northern Peloponnese, was arrested on Saturday after being found in possession of 53 kilos of hashish.

According to reports, their car was intercepted in Kalpaki, near the Greek-Albanian border.

Two children, aged 15 months and 5 years old, were also traveling in the car.

Two more suspects who police believe were tasked with warning the couple against checkpoints ahead, were also arrested.
