Greek Foreign Ministry appoints new spokesman
Diplomat Konstantinos Koutras took over on Tuesday as Greece’s Foreign Ministry spokesman due to the departure of Grigoris Delavekouras, who is leaving to become general consul in Dusseldorf, Germany, after six years in the role.
Koutras has previous experience at Greece’s embassies in Ankara and Brussels.
