Man, 20, accused of raping, robbing pensioner on Crete
A 20-year-old man is due to appear before a prosecutor in Iraklio, Crete, on Tuesday on suspicion of raping and robbing an elderly woman last year.
The suspect is alleged to have broken into the 78-year-old’s home in Messara on November 12.
He is accused of raping the woman and then stealing the 5 euros she had in her wallet.
