Police nab Thessaloniki family’s employee breaking into safe
A 58-year-old man has been arrested near Thessaloniki on suspicion of stealing some 125,000 euros from a home in which he worked.
The family employing the Albanian man had suspicions about his actions and informed police.
Officers set up a secret monitoring system and allegedly caught the suspect stealing 10,000 euros from the family’s safe. He had copied the key needed to open the safe, according to the police.
