Toddler killed after being crushed by door in northern Greece
A 3-year-old boy died in Serres, northeastern Greece, late on Sunday after being crushed by a sliding iron door.
The incident occurred in the courtyard of a restaurant in Palaiokomi in the municipality of Amphipolis, where the toddler had been having dinner with his family.
The boy sustained serious head injuries when the door crushed him under unknown circumstances.
He was transferred to a local hospital where doctors pronounced him dead.
