Twenty injured in Thessaloniki after nightclub ceiling collapses
Twenty people were rushed to hospital in the northern port city of Thessaloniki in the early hours of Tuesday after a section of the glass ceiling in a nightclub collapsed, falling on patrons and staff.
The incident occurred at around 2.30 a.m. at the Trois nightclub on Rogoti Street in downtown Thessaloniki.
No one was seriously injured, though the club’s 31-year-old owner has been arrested and was being questioned by police.
