Greek discus thrower…

Greek discus thrower Tassoula Kelesidou, 31, makes a throw yesterday during the World Athletics Championships in Paris. Kelesidou, a silver medalist at the Sydney 2000 Olympics, came second with a 67.14-meter effort, while fellow Greek Katerina Vongoli, 33, took the bronze medal. These were the first medals for Greek athletes at this year’s championships.
