Greek girl, 17, injured during school trip dies in Rome
A 17-year-old Greek girl seriously injured during a school trip died in a Rome hospital on Thursday.
The girl had sustained serious head injuries after reportedly falling from a second-floor balcony under yet-to-be determined circumstances at a hotel located on Cristoforo Colombo Street on March 4.
She underwent surgery at a local hospital where she had remained in critical condition.
Sources on Thursday indicated that the girl’s parents had decided to donate her organs.
