The technocrats’ policy: Shoot first and think later

Genetic terrorism is now a fact of life. A small group of people in the West are threatening, exerting pressure, buying out and polluting the planet’s biological equilibrium. Contradicting the principles of the scientific community, a group of technocrats, directly linked to sociopolitical interests, is dogmatically imposing a system of agricultural development without fully documented scientific proof of the safety of these products. They shoot first and then think about whether they should have aimed first. Conventional farming is suddenly at war and defending what is self-evident. GM organisms will be contaminating neighboring crops for centuries to come. No one wants to take responsibility for taking this radical step, which will be irreversible. Naturally, it will be impossible to farm organically, since everything will be contaminated. Decisions by political leaders to develop organic farming are diametrically opposed to the possible deregulation of the market for GM organisms. (1) Agronomist-geotechnician S.
