Reports of Brussels Group officials arriving in Athens on Friday refuted by Greek gov’t
Reports regarding Brussels Group officials arriving in Athens late Friday in view of carrying on negotiations with the Greek government were refuted by government circles on the same day.
According to an exclusive Athens-Macedonian News Agency report on Friday, representatives of Greece’s creditors were expected to resume talks with Greek coalition government officials on Saturday.
Government sources on Friday commented that reports of the Brussels Group returning to Athens was “pure fiction.”
