4.7 quake hits Lesvos

A 4.7 magnitude earthquake hit the island of Lesvos on Thursday morning, the Geodynamic Institute of Athens reported.

The quake’s epicenter was located about 47 kilometers below the seabed some 40 kilometers southwest of the island.

According to local authorities, there were no reports of injuries or damage.
