Athens Concert Hall fined 3,000 euros for noise pollution
The Attica Region has ordered the Athens Concert Hall to pay a 3,000 euro fine for noise pollution, according to local media reports.
The fine was imposed following complaints by local residents with regard to outdoor concerts organized by the cultural institution in its gardens on September 2, 4 and 7.
According to the reports, noise inspections carried out during the events pointed to higher than permissible levels.
