Perpetrators sought in Thessaloniki ATM blast

Police in Thessaloniki were seeking on Wednesday the perpetrators who blew up a bank ATM in Xylopoli, on the outskirts of the northern port city, before fleeing with some 50,000 euros in cash.

No one was injured in the blast, which occurred just before 4 a.m., destroying the cash machine and causing superficial damage to the building.
