Greece sends second round of flood aid to FYROM

The Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia has taken delivery of a second round of Greek aid following disastrous floods in the neighboring country, the Citizens’ Protection Ministry said on Wednesday.

Greece’s aid consists chiefly of mobile pumps and generators.

The heavy rainfall that deluged parts of FYROM earlier this month left 21 people dead and destroyed vast tracts of farmland as well as scores of homes.
