Thessaloniki bus workers walk off the job for 11th day in a row

Thessaloniki bus workers walked off the job for the 11th day in a row on Tuesday, demanding three months in unpaid wages.

Responding to the protracted action, the Transport Ministry said that, in association with the Thessaloniki urban transport organization (OASTH), it would pay protesting workers a month in pending wages.

Unionists say the employees have not been paid since July.
