Athens man arrested for firing gunshots off his balcony
A man was detained Friday afternoon after repeatedly firing an air gun off his balcony in the densely populated Athens suburb of Nea Smyrni.
Neighbors alerted the police and officers subsequently entered the man’s apartment and disarmed him. According to sources, the man appeared to be in a livid state though it remained unclear why.
