Thessaloniki man shoots self during police chase
A detained man who escaped from a police station in Evosmos in Thessaloniki inadvertently shot himself with a service revolver he snatched from an officer, authorities said on Monday.
According to reports, the man initially fired in the air before making his escape in a getaway car, but apparently shot himself during a car chase, police said.
