Russia’s Michail Nestruev prepares to fire yesterday during the ISSF World Cup held at the new Olympic shooting venue at Markopoulo, eastern Attica. Nestruev won the men’s 50-meter pistol shooting. The World Cup, held from April 22-30, is a test event to ascertain the venue’s operation ahead of the August 13-29 Games.
