One dead after single-engine aircraft crashes in Fokida
A single-engine, two-seater aircraft crashed near the village of Skaloma in Fokida prefecture in central Greece shortly after 4 pm on Saturday, killing one of the two people who had been in the plane.
The second person, who was conscious after the crash, according to local reports, was transferred to a Nafpaktos medical center for treatment.
The cause of the crash remained unclear.
