Convicted robber flees from Thessaloniki court
Police in Thessaloniki launched a manhunt on Tuesday to locate a man who escaped from the city's court, where he awaited his hearing over multiple robbery convictions.
The 40-year-old escapee, identified as a Greek national, had been transfered earlier in the day to court, where it is believed he escaped the attention of the officers and fled, according to state-run news agency ANA-MPA.
