Turkey plans three navy drills in Aegean, Mediterranean
Turkey on Friday issued three new maritime navigational and weather advisories, known as Navtex, reserving areas in the Aegean and the Mediterranean for Navy exercises.
The first drill is planned for October 22-23 in the Mediterranean, while the other two are scheduled for Oct. 19-21 and Oct. 19-20 in the Aegean.
The exact coordinates of the exercises were expected to be announced soon.
