Foreign minister appoints new spokesman

Foreign Minister Nikos Dendias on Monday appointed Alexandros Papaioannou, a ministry counselor, as the new spokesman.

Papaioannou’s appointment has immediate effect.

Dendias thanked the outgoing spokesman Alexandros Yennimatas for his service and and wished him every success in his career.
