Motion of censure against minister fails
The Parliaments has rejected, 158-133, a motion of censure tabled against Finance Minister Christos Staikouras by main opposition Syriza.
All opposition parties, with the exception of ex-Finance Minister Yianis Varoufakis' MeRA 25, which left the proceedings, voted for the motion, tabled over the minister's deposition, and defense, of the new bankruptcy law.
