A young woman has makeup applied yesterday in a central Athens cosmetics shop that had its window decorated with an arrangement of hearts to celebrate Valentine’s Day. Although criticized as a marketing extravaganza targeting people in love, Valentine’s Day celebrations are gradually gaining ground in Greece.
