President Karolos Papoulias greets his visiting Albanian counterpart, Alfred Moisiu (r), yesterday in the northwestern town of Ioannina. In the new president’s first meeting with a foreign head of state, both Papoulias and Moisiu stressed the ‘very good’ level of bilateral relations. Papoulias will next meet his Bulgarian counterpart, on April 8.
