Toward efficiency
How can structural changes be made when the state has shown itself to be incompetent and corrupt? On what can these changes be based? Where is the «rebuilding» of the state that New Democracy promised during the election campaign? It would be easy for me to blame state functionaries and the state mechanism. What is important is a change in the operational framework in order to allow more efficiency, to highlight abilities and meritocracy and to avert corruption. To create a state that is friendly to its citizens and more efficient has always been our main priority and we are moving in that direction.
