The Environment and Public Works Ministry has approved a bid by the Babis Vovos group to construct a building covering 1,145 square meters of the Thon estate in northern Athens, the Athens News Agency said yesterday. The company has agreed to the ministry’s condition that it also build a park of 4,000 square meters for public use.
