A Brazilian dancer (l) teaches a young Greek girl some new moves yesterday during the Carnival season parade in Moschato, south of the center of Athens. The Municipality of Moschato holds the biggest Carnival parade in Athens every year. Music and dance troupes from Brazil were invited to attend this year. In downtown Athens yesterday, street performers entertained crowds during Carnival celebrations at Zappeion Hall. This week will be the last of this year’s Carnival season in Greece and will end with the country’s biggest parade in the city of Patras in the Peloponnese.
