Minister of Culture Giorgos Voulgarakis (r) visited a university gathering in Thessaloniki yesterday ahead of today’s student elections. Voulgarakis found himself in hot water after he was accused of doing nothing to stop abusive slogans heard at the gathering. The chants targeted PASOK leader George Papandreou (l), who also addressed students across town.
