Events
The 7th Ecocinema International Film Festival began in Piraeus yesterday and continues through February 27, at the Attikon and Cineak cinemas. Events include the SOS Short Films Program, a tribute to French science film pioneer Jean Painleve, and a lecture by Iraqi director, script writer and film critic Taher Alwan on «Iraqi Cinema in War and Peace» on February 26 at the Greek Directors Guild (11 Tositsa, Exarchia) at 6.30 p.m.
