TSOUDEROS RESIGNS: Deputy Prime Minister Emmanouil Tsouderos yesterday resubmitted his resignation after failing to be elected to Parliament in Piraeus, where he was a candidate. Zervas, Vassiliadis, Politis and Tsatsos, had submitted formal resignations to Prime Minister Sophocles Venizelos, who asked them to remain in their posts until all the election results were in, when the entire government would resign. The ministers agreed and continued to carry out their duties. Therefore, Mr. Tsouderos’s decision to abandon his post has naturally surprised political circles.
